How To Install CallCore

CallCore installs as a server inside a Virtual Machine (VM). This keeps it stable, isolated, and easy to manage.

What You Are Installing

CallCore runs as a server appliance inside a Virtual Machine (VM). A VM lets you run a server on your computer while keeping it separated from everything else.

Step 1 — Install VirtualBox

We recommend Oracle VirtualBox (free, easy, and works on Windows/macOS/Linux).

Download VirtualBox here: VirtualBox Downloads

Step 2 — Download the CallCore ISO

Download the official CallCore bootable server image:

Download CallCore ISO   CallCore_V1_Suite_Bootable-43716-20260301.iso

Step 3 — Open VirtualBox

Open VirtualBox and stay on the Home screen. Click Preferences and ensure you are in Basic mode (not Expert). Click OK.

Step 4 — Create the VM

Click New, then set:

Name: CallCore (or anything)
ISO Image: Select CallCore_V1_Suite_Bootable-43716-20260301.iso
Type: Linux
Version: Ubuntu (64-bit)
EFI: Enabled ✅

Step 5 — Hardware Settings

Memory: 8192 MB (8 GB)
CPU: 2–3 cores (3 recommended)
Storage: 100–200 GB

Then click Finish.

Step 6 — Network Setup

Select your VM → SettingsNetwork.

Attached to: Bridged Adapter
Name: Choose your Wi-Fi or Ethernet interface

Bridged mode makes CallCore appear as a real server on your network.

Step 7 — Start CallCore

Select the VM and click Start. The CallCore OS will boot and begin installation.

Tip: After installation finishes, CallCore will display its IP address. You’ll use that IP in a browser to open the CallCore Administration interface.
